Because Sambal is part of the Philippine language family, it follows the same blueprint for sentence structure as Tagalog. The basic sentence structure follows a Verb Subject Object (VSO) format. In English, the syntax (sentence structure) is SVO and in Japanese it is SOV. Different languages have different sentence structures!
